How to use: To use our  shower steamers, unwrap and remove the steamer from the packaging and moisten under the running shower water to activate the effervescence. Then place the shower steamer on the floor of the shower towards the corner or just out of the direct spray of the water. The shower steamer should be getting lightly sprinkled by the running water. As it begins to fizz the pure essential oils are released into the steam and the shower is filled with the aromatherapy scents of the shower steamer helping to loosen some of the nasal congestion. To adjust the stregth of the scent you can move the staemer closer or further from the direct stream of water. For a stronger scent, the shower steamer can also be placed in a soap dish or ledge closer to you.

    • A nice, hot shower will create steam, which helps to release the essential oils in the product.
    • Avoid letting your shower steamer get too wet. We recommend *only* getting it wet when activating it-- this will extend the life of the product!
    • You will know your shower steamer has activated when it begins to fizzle, similar to a bath bomb.
    • We recommend adding aromatherapy to your daily routine! We also have bath soaks and body butters  in the same essential oil blends that our steamers come in.
    • You can also place steamer in a basin of water & take deep breaths
    • Listen to your body - everyone is different!
